Lead a team to support raw materials and production planning for meeting customer demand while controlling the inventory at optimal level. Lead team to drive continuous improvement for planning process to meet business requirements. Ensuring customers requirements are fulfilled timely, improve production efficiency through balance inventory and non-shut down production lines.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

- Responsible for production planning and material planning, to make sure customer service level under target.
负责生产计划和物料计划,确保客户服务水平达到目标。
- Assist to work with demand team, purchasing and sourcing site to control the inventory at a target level.
协助需求团队,采购和采购站点将库存控制在目标水平。
- Responsible for MRP planning, scheduling. Maintain SAP planning module, monitor and report any exceptional when MRP running.

- Coordinate and monitor S&OP process for ensuring effectiveness and alignment of revenue & demand plans, support NPI launch.

- Lead &drive continuous improvement for planning process to meet business requirements.

Educational Qualifications学历:
• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Engineering disciplines such as Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.
大学本科及以上学历,电子、机械工程或自动化等工程学科专业优先
Experience Qualifications经验及其他资格:
- 5+ years experience in production planning in a multinational company.
5年以上跨国公司生产计划工作经验。
- Familiar with ERP or MRP system. Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
熟悉ERP或MRP系统。熟悉SAP, E1, Kingdee系统者优先。
- Strong interpersonal skills with cross functional team.
良好的跨职能团队人际交往能力。
- Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Fluent English both in written and oral
流利的英语书面和口头表达能力
- Familiar with office software, include outlook, excel, word, powerpoint.
