Description

In this highly visible role, you will manage selection, implementation & optimization of manufacturing processes for mechanical enclosure subassemblies for our legendary products. You will apply your Mechanical Engineering experience and work cross functionally with Product Design Engineering and Industrial Design to assess product features for manufacturability, and recommend capable production processes and equipment. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industry Engineering, Master or Ph. D is a plus, proven track record of outstanding academic performances is preferred. Proficient in English as a working language (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

Cross disciplinary knowledges like mechatronics, control theory, machine learning are considered plus. A standout teammate and self starter with innovation, integrity and attention to details. Ability to work on manufacturing sites independently and willingness on over 50% travel frequently (mainly in Asia). Action oriented, is able to manage the challenges and proactive to provide solutions. Vendor management experience, be good handling the conflicts and command vendors to implement actions and deliver results. Quick learner, capable to quickly pick up process knowledge and make design influence, meanwhile be innovative to process engineering.
