What will you do?
You will help shape and deliver the future of large-scale transformation programs by structuring delivery, aligning teams, and enabling agile execution. By creating roadmaps, adequate resource planning, and financial oversight, you’ll empower organizations to turn strategy into impact - ensuring initiatives run smoothly, stay on track, and deliver real value.
Your key responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, ensuring client satisfaction, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Collaborate closely with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights and fostering trust-based relationships.
Guide the creation of operating models and change strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and deliver sustainable value.
Develop a tailor-made project management office framework, provide coaching to consultants and ensure your teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to deliver successful outcomes
Maintain close client relationships to understand strategic needs and identify new opportunities
Contribute to the growth of the Transformation practice through thought leadership, methodologies, and sales support
