We are looking for a dedicated Manager, Retail Business Systems (m/f/d) to join our Global Retail Systems & Operations team and strengthen the global RFID Project Core Team. In this role, you will actively manage the planning, coordination, and execution of RFID initiatives across our global retail network, contributing to operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and seamless retail processes in stores, shops and outlets. 

 

What you can expect:

  • Support the global RFID in Retail project across stores, shops and outlets, from preparation and rollout to stabilization and hypercare phases. 

  • Coordinate and manage RFIDrelated project activities, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring structured execution and high operational quality. 

  • Act as a key interface between IT, Finance, Logistics, and local markets, supporting alignment, communication, and issue resolution during RFID implementations. 

  • Implement, support and monitor RFID operational processes, such as tagging, activation counts, cycle counts, and goods receipt processes, ensuring adherence to defined standards. 

  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of RFID training materials, guidelines, and bestpractice documentation for store teams and head office stakeholders. 

  • Participate in project reporting, status updates, and review formats, supporting datadriven decisionmaking and continuous process optimization. 

 

Your profile:

  • At least 3-4 years of professional experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within retail operations, store systems, or RFIDrelated environments. 

  • Handson experience with RFID processes and/or retail operational workflows (e.g. inventory management, stock accuracy, store rollouts) is a strong advantage. 

  • Structured and reliable working style with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders in parallel. 

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with confidence in working in crossfunctional and international project teams. 

  • Solid proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project management or collaboration tools is a plus. 

  • Fluency in English is required; German or additional languages are a plus.
