Manager - Restructuring

KordaMentha is a leading Australian‑founded, Asia‑Pacific advisory firm, working with businesses at critical moments of change. As a Manager in our Indonesia Restructuring practice, you’ll play a hands‑on role delivering complex restructuring and turnaround engagements, working closely with senior leaders and clients across Indonesia and the region.

What you'll do:

• Lead discrete workstreams on restructuring and turnaround engagements across multiple industries
• Manage and coach project teams, reviewing work and supporting development of junior staff
• Analyse financial, operational and commercial data to assess business performance and viability
• Develop clear, practical restructuring options and recommendations for clients
• Support implementation of solutions, including capital restructures, funding initiatives and asset sales
• Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Contribute to business development activities, research and pitch materials

• 4+ years’ experience in restructuring, advisory, corporate finance, consulting, or a related analytical role
• Strong financial analysis, problem‑solving and commercial judgement
• Confidence managing stakeholders and delivering high‑quality outcomes under tight deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative leadership style and interest in coaching others
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
• Professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA) are advantageous
• Indonesian residency and working rights required
