Manager - Restructuring
KordaMentha is a leading Australian‑founded, Asia‑Pacific advisory firm, working with businesses at critical moments of change. As a Manager in our Indonesia Restructuring practice, you’ll play a hands‑on role delivering complex restructuring and turnaround engagements, working closely with senior leaders and clients across Indonesia and the region.

What you'll do:
- Lead discrete workstreams on restructuring and turnaround engagements across multiple industries
- Manage and coach project teams, reviewing work and supporting development of junior staff
- Analyse financial, operational and commercial data to assess business performance and viability
- Develop clear, practical restructuring options and recommendations for clients
- Support implementation of solutions, including capital restructures, funding initiatives and asset sales
- Work directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Contribute to business development activities, research and pitch materials
- 4+ years’ experience in restructuring, advisory, corporate finance, consulting, or a related analytical role
- Strong financial analysis, problem‑solving and commercial judgement
- Confidence managing stakeholders and delivering high‑quality outcomes under tight deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative leadership style and interest in coaching others
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
- Professional qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA) are advantageous
- Indonesian residency and working rights required
