GMR is looking for a Temporary Creative Project Manager to join our team within the Enablement Office on a contract basis. This role is focused on supporting and managing creative workstreams within larger, cross-functional programs, partnering closely with the end-to-end project manager to ensure creative components are executed smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
We’re looking for someone who understands creative workflows, knows how to collaborate with creative and production teams, and thrives on bringing clarity and structure to projects from concept through delivery. Agency experience is a strong plus, along with a solid foundation in project management best practices.

This is a temporary opportunity running through July 31st, 2026, averaging approximately 40 hours per week.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Creative Project Management. You’ll manage creative workstreams across active projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined and met. You’ll partner closely with creative and production teams to keep work moving efficiently while proactively identifying risks and solving challenges along the way.
- Project Coordination & Execution. You’ll support project planning efforts including timelines, resourcing, and workflow management. You’ll maintain project plans, track progress, and ensure alignment across stakeholders to keep deliverables on schedule. Your ability to stay organized and detail-oriented will help drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. You’ll work closely with internal teams including creative, production, account, and project leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll help connect teams, clarify priorities, and ensure accountability across workstreams.
- Financial Acumen. You have experience supporting budget tracking, managing estimates, and monitoring project financials. You’re comfortable ensuring workstreams stay aligned to scope and proactively communicating any changes or risks.
- Process & Workflow Management. You bring structure and organization to complex projects by implementing clear processes, tools, and communication cadences. You’re able to step into in-progress work, assess gaps, and quickly establish a path forward.
- Dynamic Mindset. You’re a proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and remains calm under pressure. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to balance multiple priorities while keeping projects moving forward without losing sight of the details.
