Key Responsibilities

  • Media Plan Customization:
  • Develop tailored media and sales solutions aligned with advertiser goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Content, Legal, Business Development) to ensure feasibility and compliance.
  • Curate innovative formats and packages, with a focus on Cricket properties, to drive incremental revenue.
  •  
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Design and manage infrastructure for LCS sales, including dashboards, cadences, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure data accuracy, automate workflows, and streamline forecasting to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Partner with product, data, and strategy teams to improve sales enablement and internal productivity.

  • Strong program/project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional alignment
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation, dashboards, and forecasting
  • Creative problem-solving to design tailored media and sales solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong flair and keen interest in Advertising, Media, and Sports
  • Preferred Education and Experience

  • MBA with 4-7 years of experience in Business Development, Category or Sales Strategy roles in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, FMCG or Telecom industry.
  • Prior exposure to sales enablement or revenue strategy preferred.
