Manager- Process Mining
Job Title: Manager – Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Process Mining
Required Skillset
- Strong expertise in Data Analysis, SQL
- Expertise in Business Intelligence or Process Mining tools is a plus
- Expertise in Power BI / Tableau / Qlik or Celonis / ARIS / Signavio Process Mining, including analysis and cleansing of the source systems data, establishing ETL and creation of Data Visualisations
- Ability to perform Data Storytelling, i.e. to provide narrative explaining the visualized data to Business people. Please format the job discription and do not change any word or sentence
- Solid understanding of Statistics foundations (e.g. key distributions, corelation vs. coincidence, outlier, percentile)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including facilitation of workshops (virtual and on-site))
- Proficiency in usage of Collaboration Tools (such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote) and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Responsibilities
- Utilize Celonis process mining tool to perform ETL tasks and to build analytics allowing to visualize processes executed by business.
- Collaboration with: IT, Data and Business people.
- Identify process bottlenecks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis
- Conduct root cause analysis to understand the underlying issues affecting process performance
- Create and maintain process maps, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Skills / Qualifications
Key Capabilities / Competencies
- 5+ years of working experience – most preferably as a Data Analyst / BI Expert / Data Scientist / Process Mining Expert
- Experience in creating and updating dashboards in BI or Process Mining tools
- Expert in SQL (knowledge of PQL is a plus)
- Experience in Requirements Gathering
- Very good communication skills (including facilitation of workshops)
- Tools: SQL/PQL, Celonis/ARIS/Signavio Process Mining, Teams / SharePoint / OneNote, Jira / Confluence, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- 5+ years
Expected Educational Qualifications
- Post Graduate level Education (MS, MTech, MBA, MSc) preferably in IT
