Manager - Process Architect
Required Skillset
- Strong expertise in Business Process Analysis & Modelling, including documentation of A-Is and To-Be processes (preferably in ARIS)
- Experience in Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Documentation
- Sound understanding of IT and Data Architecture principles
- Hands-on expertise in Business Process, IT, and Data Modelling using BPMN/EPC, ERD, and tools like ARIS, Signavio, Visio, or equivalent Format the Job description without changing any word or sentence
- Ability to build and update Power BI / Tableau / Qlik dashboards is a plus
- Data Analytics and Data Storytelling skills is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including facilitation of workshops (virtual and on-site)
- Proficiency in usage of Collaboration Tools (such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote) and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Responsibilities
- Analysis, updates, and development of architectural artifacts including Business Processes Maps, IT Landscapes, ERD Diagrams, and State Diagrams in ARIS Connect
- Elicit and document Business Requirements
- Facilitate Business Process Modelling workshops
- Maintain and govern the repository of architectural artifacts in ARIS Connect
Skills / Qualifications
Key Capabilities / Competencies
- 5+ years of working experience – most preferably as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant
- 5+ years of experience in Business Process Modelling in a central-repository-based tool (preferable: ARIS Connect, but can be any other central-repository-based BPMN tool)
- Experience in Requirements Gathering
- Experience in Data Analytics (incl. good command in SQL) is a plus
- Very good communication skills (including facilitation in virtual environment)
- Tools: ARIS/Signavio/Visio, Teams/SharePoint/OneNote, SQL/PowerBI/Qlik (optional), MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
