Delivering high‑quality business intelligence solutions for DHL Post & Parcel is at the core of what we do. As a BI Project Manager and Team Manager, you help drive our growth by translating business needs into scalable data products and by ensuring smooth collaboration with international stakeholders. You gather and refine requirements, align with our business units and guide BI initiatives from early planning to delivery.

When challenges arise, whether technical or organizational, you coordinate with developers, architects and specialist teams to keep projects moving. You lead your team by coaching, planning development paths and selecting new talent, creating an environment where people can grow and contribute to our BI landscape.

Your technology toolbox includes Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, WhereScape 3D/RED and Data Vault 2.0, enabling the creation of robust and secure BI solutions. Looking ahead, you will also help us embed AI capabilities into our data products to increase automation, improve analytics and support smarter decisions.

As a Manager of Team P&P BI Solutions India, strong project management capabilities are essential. In-depth knowledge of a broad range of modern BI technologies is a key requirement for this role.

You are a technology aficionado, with a solid understanding of database concepts and requirements engineering. You work independently and are able to prioritize and organize your tasks even under time and workload pressure. In our multinational environment, you will collaborate across regions and teams worldwide, so advanced spoken and written English skills will be highly valuable.
