Manager of Inventory Control Operations

Rowan is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Manager of Inventory Control and Logistics Operations to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Supply Chain, this role will oversee inventory control for Rowan’s studios and 3 PL playing a critical role in supporting the brand's financial plans by maximizing inventory profitability across products while mitigating risk. This position is essential to driving inventory accuracy, efficiencies and operational excellence across Rowan's Studio locations, and 3PL partnerships. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, growing environment.
