Job Description

Responsible for the 24-hour management and operation of the assigned unit assuring patient care meets the standard of care.

 Minimum 3 years clinical experience and a minimum of 2 years progressive management experience preferred. Ortho/spine experience preferred.

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Current RN license in NV 

Current BLS certification 

Ortho/spine experience preferred

SCREENING QUESTIONS

Do you have previous Nursing Manager experience in Med-Surg in acute care?

Is your previous Nursing Manager at least 2 years in an acute care hospital?

Do you have longevity in previous jobs?

IDEAL CANDIDATE

At least 3 years Nursing Manager experience on a med-surg floor in an acute care hospital with 150-beds or higher. Ortho/spine experience a plus.
