What’s the position?

As a Live Dealer Manager at Hard Rock Digital, you will own and elevate our dedicated Live Casino studios end-to-end, delivering a world-class player and dealer experience. You’ll act as the central point of contact across commercial, product, marketing, and operations teams, driving performance, service quality, and continuous optimisation. This role combines commercial ownership, people leadership, and creative execution—bringing studio concepts to life through strong performance management, engaging promotions, and on-brand visual experiences that differentiate our Live Casino offering.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and manage dedicated Live Casino studios end-to-end, ensuring a best-in-class player and dealer experience.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for dedicated studio initiatives across CRM, VIP, Marketing, Omni-channel, Product, and Operations teams.

  • Lead regular performance and alignment meetings with Live Dealer Team Leads, owning dealer performance standards and service quality across studios.

  • Drive continuous performance improvement by monitoring dedicated table KPIs and identifying optimisation opportunities.

  • Plan and deliver team-building, performance management, and motivational initiatives for the dedicated Live Dealer team.

  • Lead the planning, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of dedicated studio projects from concept to launch.

  • Plan and coordinate studio theming, decorations, and visual enhancements in line with brand guidelines.

  • Coordinate and deliver dedicated studio photo and video shoots to support marketing and brand storytelling.

  • Develop and execute in-studio promotional concepts to support engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to ensure dedicated studios remain differentiated and competitive.

  • Support the Senior Commercial Manager with ad-hoc initiatives and projects as required.
