Manager IT Project Management Infrastructure
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be the one who:
- Maintains the PMO Methodology and Lifecycle Processes
- Creates and maintains all documents that support the PMO Methodology.
- Collates and tracks program status information and project artifacts at various stages of a projects lifecycle (finances, resources).
- Ensures methodology compliance, auditing and tracking of ongoing projects; using the agreed tools at regular intervals to ensure projects are on course and follows the approved methodology.

We will count on you to:
- Deliver with excellence on Infrastructure Projects typically involving large volumes of servers and databases remediations for EOL/EOS project; Coordination for DC movements; mergers and acquisitions; license expiry; AWS migration etc
- Responsibility would require dependency tracking and suggesting options to the product owners for upgrades/platform shift/cloud shift.
- Key component would be to get the required stakeholders synergy e.g. dba s, infrastructure team, architecture team, security team. Navigation of the organization would be critical.
- Manage the delivery of multiple global infrastructure projects using our proven project management framework.
- Co-ordinate with project sponsors, technical teams and key stakeholders to effectively manage requirements, scope, risks and deliverables throughout the project life cycle.
- Accurately report and present the status of assigned projects to IT Executive Management.
- Drive and manage cross-functional project teams towards successful project delivery.
- Effectively deliver projects and programs to agreed schedule, budget, and quality of solution.
- Ensure technical resources are available and have been correctly provisioned in line with the service take on timescales
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the transitions. Coordination at all levels within IT and business teams (global locations)
- Work in in an overlapping time zone with the stakeholders as in any global environment
What you need to have:
5 - 10 years of experience in Infrastructure and Project Management Domain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate IT environment in infrastructure and project management domain.
- Should have at least 2 ~ 4 small to mid-size successful projects experience as a PM.
- Excellent communication skills so as to communicate with people from all geographies/regions.
- Excellent managerial skills and expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools and templates.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational, time management skills, and analytical capabilities with proven record of accomplishment to adapt to new technologies/Processes
