We are reinforcing our Digital Strategy and Advisory (Business Consulting) International Organisations Public Sector team and looking for a Manager to join our team in Brussels.
Your role:
- Develop and execute account strategies for DG TAXUD, EIB, ECB, EIF.
- Develop an active business development approach
- Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders based on trust and value delivery.
- Identify opportunities, lead proposal writing, and manage tender processes for public procurement.
- Lead consulting projects in digital transformation, business strategy
- Define methodologies, manage scope, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Supervise and coach teams of consultants.
- Mentor and grow a team of international business consultants.
- Share expertise and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

Your profile:
- Master’s in business administration, Economics, Engineering
- 9+ years post-graduate experience in management consulting.
- Proven track record in business development and account management for European Institutions, specifically for DG TAXUD, EIB, ECB, EIF.
- Experience in public procurement, proposal writing, and bid management.
- Strong background in digital transformation and organizational change projects.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
Nice to have:
- Experience in European public sector consulting.
- Versatile, resilient profile with critical thinking and adaptability.
