Responsible to develop problem solving in misses for 80/20
Responsible to ensure proper raw material to execute the Production Plan
Responsible to ensure correct raw material inventory according to goals. Ensure Engineering changes are executed properly to avoid obsolete material.
Ensure proper service in MRO area and Provide Savings.
Ensure proper services at the Plant with indirect suppliers.
Lead the team to develop proper standard work and documentation on all positions Follow up critical suppliers with sourcing Stablish proper routines and standards to ensure standards are executing accordingly
Lead Continuous Improvement and problem-solving activities.
Ensure proper training to develop the Planning team Execute 1:1’s Follow up Escalation Process.
Meet applicable requirements to accomplish ISO 9001
Responsible to follow and accomplish the Healthy and Safety Politics and Procedures of the Plant by ensuring the proper execution of instructions and procedures applicable to the área.
Ensure Company Values are in place within the team.
