Direct reports: Manager HR T&HS Operations Thailand

The HR Manager, Kalasin & Sikhiu works closely with the HR COE and SSC to ensure smooth, confidential, and timely HR operations. The role provides both strategic and operational HR support to build programs that enable business objectives, and partners with site managers on day‑to‑day HR, including recruitment and selection, performance management, talent development, employee relations, total rewards, onboarding, policy implementation, employee engagement, communications, and labor‑law compliance.

What you will do:

  • Business Partnering – Partner with plant leadership on HR matters; provide effective advice and coaching to key stakeholders.

  • Recruitment & Selection – Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to deliver inclusive hiring strategies; participate in selection and advise on appointments and promotions.

  • Performance Management – Drive a high‑performance culture across all levels; coach managers to achieve results aligned with the 4C strategy (Care, Cost, Capacity, Customer).

  • Talent Management – Lead People & Capabilities Reviews; build organizational effectiveness and strong talent pipelines for both plants.

  • Employee Engagement – Strengthen engagement through employee relations programs, CSR, and partnerships with communities and local authorities.

  • Policy & Continuous Improvement – Implement country‑aligned HR strategies; identify improvements to enhance capability, wellbeing, and the work environment.

  • Employee Relations – Advise managers on complex cases; manage investigations, grievances, mediation, and disciplinary processes.

  • Total Rewards – Recommend, implement, and communicate C&B policies; run salary review and bonus cycles; set competitive salary offers and provide daily C&B guidance.

  • HRIS & Reporting – Maintain accurate HRIS data and deliver workforce analytics (staffing, absenteeism, overtime).

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years HR experience at middle‑management level; manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Broad HR generalist expertise: retention, performance, capability/development, and succession planning.

  • Experience in people management and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strong written and spoken communication in Thai and English.

  • Solid knowledge of Thai labor laws with hands‑on disciplinary experience in manufacturing.

  • Ability to work independently with confidence; willing to travel between Kalasin and Sikhiu.
