Manager, FP&A

The FP&A team at Model N is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager to lead enterprise financial consolidation, own the long-range planning model, and support an active M&A agenda in a SaaS environment.  This is a high-visibility role with significant interaction across the executive leadership team. The position sits at the center of enterprise finance, partnering across FP&A, Accounting, and BI to ensure financial integrity, modeling rigor, and alignment between strategic priorities and financial outcomes.  This role reports to the VP, FP&A.  Responsibilities  Enterprise Consolidation  - Partner with FP&A business partners to roll up company-wide budgets, forecasts, and actuals into a consolidated enterprise view.  - Maintain and enhance the enterprise financial model serving as the foundation for consolidated reporting and capital planning.  - Ensure alignment of revenue, expense, and cash flow assumptions in collaboration with Accounting and BI.  Long-Range Planning  - Own and continuously refine the company's multi-year long-range planning model.  - Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate growth, margin expansion, capital allocation, and risk trade-offs.  - Translate strategic initiatives into financial outcomes within the LRP framework.  M&A Financial Modeling  - Lead financial modeling for acquisition opportunities, including valuation analysis and pro forma impact assessment.  - Support due diligence and integration planning from a financial perspective.  - Incorporate acquired entities into consolidated forecasts and long-range planning.
