🧾 Job Summary
The Facility Executive – Soft Services is responsible for managing and maintaining non-technical services within the building, such as housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, waste management, and overall hygiene. The role ensures a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for occupants and visitors.
🧹 Key Responsibilities
1. Housekeeping Management
- Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities
- Ensure cleanliness of offices, common areas, washrooms, and parking spaces
- Monitor cleaning schedules and quality standards
2. Vendor & Staff Coordination
- Manage housekeeping, pest control, and waste management vendors
- Ensure vendor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Track attendance and performance of outsourced staff
3. Hygiene & Safety Compliance
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
- Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines
4. Inventory & Supplies Management
- Maintain stock of cleaning materials and consumables (tissues, soaps, etc.)
- Raise purchase requests and control usage to avoid wastage
5. Complaint Handling
- Address tenant/employee complaints related to cleanliness or services
- Ensure timely resolution and maintain service quality
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily reports, checklists, and inspection logs
- Prepare MIS reports for management review

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
- Problem-solving and coordination ability
🎓 Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma (preferred)
- Experience in facility management or housekeeping supervision (1–3 years preferred)
