Manager Facility, Ballabgarh

As a Facility Manager, you take ownership of the reliability, safety, and performance of utility systems within the plant. You ensure that gas-fired and biomass boilers, compressors, water treatment systems, and other powerhouse equipment operate efficiently and safely. You play a key role in achieving energy and cost targets, driving plant optimization, and mentoring talent to elevate overall plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• You ensure full compliance with safety standards and CTI protocols as per GY guidelines.
• You maintain the reliability of all powerhouse mechanical equipment, including boilers, compressors, WTP/ETP/STP systems, chillers, and factory water infrastructure.
• You demonstrate strong capability in managing utility performance and driving continuous improvement.
• You monitor and deliver energy KPIs related to efficiency and cost, ensuring alignment with AOP goals.
• You ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances related to utility engineering are met without exception.
• You uphold machine integrity to prevent breakdowns and maintain process conformity.
• You lead the Reliability pillar of Plant Optimization, implementing best practices across the powerhouse.
• You introduce innovative technologies and creative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• You actively manage budgets and contribute to cost control initiatives.
• You mentor and coach team members, fostering talent development and aligning efforts with plant-wide performance goals.

Experience Required:

• 10+ years in utility engineering, plant operations, or facility management
