Fulltime based in Amsterdam
Main purpose of the job:
The Manager Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective management, planning, and execution of maintenance activities for all electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems, ensuring uninterrupted production processes in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
About the job
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for EIA installations;
Coordinate fault analysis and implement long-term solutions (root cause analysis);
Lead the maintenance team, including capacity planning, coaching, and skills development;
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ATEX, NEN, IEC);
Manage SECE according to Seveso standard (Hazop, LOPA, LOD);
Optimise maintenance processes through TPM, RCM, or predictive maintenance strategies;
Manage maintenance budgets and monitor costs;
Evaluate and select external maintenance contractors and suppliers;
Document all maintenance activities in a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS);
Advise on replacement investments and modernisation of equipment and systems;
Willingness to participate in on-call duty and work outside regular office hours when required.
