We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fraud Data Analytics Manager to lead and drive excellence within our Fraud Prevention and Detection Team. This role is ideal for a results‑focused leader who combines strong analytical expertise with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide high‑performing teams.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a manager within the operations function, You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic and operational goals by:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of fraud data analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
Extract meaningful insights from a range of information and develop presentations/visualisations for management
Provide analysis that supports clear, actionable recommendations that directly support business objectives
Partner with operational teams to measure and improve key performance indicators
Take responsibility for compilation, production and distribution of standardised daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Execute ad-hoc analysis and extraction scripts in support of operations teams
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential Capabilities:
People leader experience, the ability to coach and grow the technical capability of your team.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to take a customer driven approach and consistently make decisions with the customer experience front of mind.
Excellent English communication skill
Experience:
Strong team management, stakeholder management, data analytics and data mining experience and working with large datasets and different data lakes.
At least 3 years' experience in a financial crime detection or credit risk, or data analytics related role.
Proven exposure and interest in database analysis, reporting and application programming (including, but not limited to PowerBI, SQL, Splunk, Python, R, Java).
Nice to have:
Experience in working within Financial Crime operating environment for 2-5 years,
Exposure to Financial Crime risk indicators and regulatory environment
