What’s the position?
As a Casino Supplier Relations Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of casino supplier relationships and help deliver a competitive and engaging RNG casino offering. Working closely with the Senior Casino Supplier Relations Manager and wider commercial teams, you will focus on supplier coordination, commercial execution, and ensuring agreed initiatives are delivered effectively.
What you’ll do:
Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of existing casino suppliers, acting as a key operational and commercial contact.
Support the Senior Commercial Director and Senior Casino Supplier Relations Manager in identifying and onboarding new casino suppliers, assisting with commercial discussions and contract execution.
Contribute to the RNG casino and Supplier roadmap by reviewing new game releases, analysing performance, helping identify new suppliers, and providing input on opportunities and priorities.
Liaise regularly with casino providers to secure pre-releases, exclusives, and promotional opportunities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with internal plans.
Work with Marketing and CRM teams to communicate guidelines around exclusive games, supplier-funded promotions, and agreed campaign mechanics.
Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with suppliers, supporting preparation, performance analysis, and follow-up actions.
Monitor supplier KPIs and content performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and improvement areas to senior stakeholders.
Ensure supplier activity aligns with regulatory, contractual, and internal compliance requirements.
