Manager / AVP_Compliance (NBFC)
We are hiring for our client, for the roles mentioned below. Candidates should have strong experience in NBFC / Banking regulatory compliance.
1) Senior Manager/ AVP - Compliance; 8-10 years experience ; Budget upto 30 LPA (based on the current CTC)
2) Deputy Manager/ Manager - Compliance; 5+ years experience ; Budget upto 15 LPA (based on the current CTC)
The role involves managing RBI compliance, regulatory reporting, audit coordination, and compliance framework implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Manage regulatory filings, returns, and disclosures
- Handle RBI inspections and audits
- Conduct compliance monitoring and testing
- Prepare MIS reports and compliance dashboards
- Support risk assessment and internal controls
- Implement and strengthen compliance frameworks
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for regulatory adherence
Candidate Profile
- Experience in NBFC / Banking Compliance
- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations
- Experience in regulatory reporting & audits
- Background in Risk / Audit / Compliance functions
Education:
for Senior Manager/ AVP - Compliance
- Graduation or its equivalent is mandatory. CS ,CMA,CA professionals will be preferred
for Deputy Manager/ Manager - Compliance
- CA/CS/CMA/MBA/LLB with 5+ years experience in Compliance/Operations/Audit & Accounts/Risk Management Domain or experience in similar role from Banks/NBFCs/Financial Institutions.
