PSP BlokSeT/Prisma FTC Role Profile / Job Description

1. Role Purpose

Support the LV Partner Business in PSP BlokSeT (Partner Support program) solutions by coordinating with internal teams, Panel builders, Business Development and sales teams to drive business growth, project execution, and partner engagement.

2. Key Responsibilities

Technical Support

  • Support Channel Partners for Technical Transfer File for BlokSeT low-voltage switchboard solutions.
  • Work with channel partners / licensed panel builders to drive opportunity identification and conversion.
  • Assist in preparation of technical and commercial proposals for customer projects.
  • Assist in Digital Solution deployment at Partner

Partner & Ecosystem Management

  • Coordinate with Panel builder partners for project opportunities, technical clarifications, and order closure.
  • Audit: Surprise audit, periodic audit for Process & Product manufacturing
  • Ensure partners follow Schneider Electric Quality standards and specifications for BlokSeT systems.
  • Regular Product Training to Partners

Project Coordination

  • Track project pipeline, RFQs, and order execution for BlokSeT projects.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, tendering, supply chain) to ensure timely responses and delivery.

Market Intelligence

  • Collect and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and upcoming projects in the LV switchboard space.
  • Provide insights to improve market positioning of BlokSeT solutions.

Internal Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Offer Management, LOB Team, Engineering, Customer care and supply chain teams.
  • Support marketing initiatives, partner training programs, and customer presentations.

3. Key Deliverables / KPIs

  • Pipeline creation and opportunity tracking for BlokSeT projects
  • Partner engagement and activation
  • Partner Query Management and tender support turnaround time
  • Revenue contribution through project closures
  • Market intelligence reports

4. Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of LV switchboards / electrical distribution systems
  • Stakeholder and partner management
  • Marketing and Sales Experience
  • Sales support / tendering coordination
  • Project tracking and reporting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

5. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering (preferred)
  • 2–6 years experience in electrical panels, switchgear, or power distribution solutions
  • Experience with EPCs, panel builders, or industrial electrical solutions is preferred.
