Manager - Business Finance
Purpose/Objective
The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decisionmaking.
The role partners with business leaders to deliver actionable insights, manage risks and opportunities, ensure financial discipline, and drive sustainable growth through robust analytics, governance, and valuefocused planning.
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and rolling estimates for assigned businesses - Drive monthly MIS, performance reporting, and management dashboards - Analyze actual vs budget / LE variances and provide clear business commentary - Identify risks and opportunities and support mitigation planning with stakeholders - Partner with business teams to support strategic and operational decisionmaking - Develop financial models, scenario, and sensitivity analysis for key initiatives - Support longterm planning (STRAP / 3–5 year plans) and growth assessments - Monitor cost structures, margins, and key operational KPIs - Ensure financial discipline and adherence to group policies and SOPs - Support cash flow planning and working capital analysis - Coordinate with accounting, ABEX, and commercial teams for timely closures - Present insights and recommendations to senior finance and business leadership - Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in FP&A processes

Qualifications and Experience
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification - 8–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial controlling - Strong handson experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and variance analysis - Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and senior leadership - Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel / BI tools - Strong analytical, communication, and teamhandling skills with a problemsolving mindset
