Manager - Business Development & Recruitment

Execute 40-50 cold calls daily to manufacturing, HVAC, lubricant and tooling companies by targeting HR heads, plant heads, and business unit leaders. Map 50 new companies weekly using online tools and secure at least 2 weekly client meetings.

Required Candidate profile

Strong extrovert individual with exceptional communication skills (English & Hindi Mandatory) and with any tech background for manufacturing sector vocabulary fluency.
