All Technologists must be willing to assist at any of the UCSF Medical Center Locations as needed.\u0026nbsp;\u003cem\u003eThis per diem position requires availability to work two to three days a week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30pm.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/em\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSr. Mammography Technologist: A CRT licensed Mammography Technologist performing screening and diagnostic breast imaging and procedures. This technologist must be able to produce ACR quality images in both diagnostic and screening exams. This technologist is able to interact with clinicians and other departments to coordinate patient care. This technologist is able to evolve with radiology information system (RIS) and PACS systems. This technologist must participate in performance improvement activities in the department. Maintains appropriate quality control records and participates in routine equipment testing and maintenance.\u0026nbsp; Additionally, this Mammography Technologist must be willing to train and interact with students and new hires when necessary.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePrinciple Mammography Technologist: Is responsible for having a current CRT with the State of California and a current Mammography Certification with the State of California. The Principle Technologist is responsible for performing screening mammography, diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound and all interventional and invasive procedures in the Mammography Department.
