Mammographer, Per Diem
Overview
The Mammography Department at our Lebanon, NH campus offers a dynamic, specialized environment for both screening and diagnostic imaging. As part of the Comprehensive Breast Care Program (CBCP) at DHMC, our Breast Imaging team plays a vital role in delivering coordinated, patient-centered care. The Breast Imaging division also performs Dxa exams.
We are seeking a Per Diem Mammographer/Dxa Technologist to join the team to perform breast imaging as well as ultrasound and stereotactic-guided biopsy procedures and Dxa exams. Biopsy experience, breast ultrasound experience, and Dxa experience are preferred but not required. Mammographers will assist in the technical orientation of cross-trained Radiologic Technologists and instruct them in complex or difficult procedures.
This is a per diem position. Our Mammographers work 5 8-hour shifts as scheduled, Monday through Friday, from 6:45 am to 5:15 pm, with occasional evening and weekend coverage on a rotating basis. There is a 10% shift differential for evenings and a 15% shift differential for weekends.

Qualifications
- 1 year of clinical Mammography experience required.
- Minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited program, based on ARRT guidelines.
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Radiographer NH OR Radiation Therapist NH OR Medical Imaging/Rad Ther - NH
- BLS within 30 days
- Radiologic Technologist - Radiography (RT - R) and Radiologic Technologist - Mammography (RT - M) within 730 days
- Radiologic Technologist - Bone Densitometry (RT-BD) and Radiologic Technologist - Breast Sonography (RT- BS) preferred Certified Bone Densitometry Technologist (CBDT) or Certified Clinical Densitometry (CCD) from the International Society for Clinical Densitometry (ISCD) preferred
