Maintence Associate

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Maintenance Associate in Savannah, GA.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

• Maintain a highly organized and efficient workspace by ensuring production and office areas are free of debris, waste, and hazards.
• Ensure all lobbies, lounges, and common areas are pristine and welcoming for employees, partners, and visitors.
• Support the infrastructure of our physical workspace so our technical and creative teams can focus on innovation without distraction.
• Uphold the visual standards of the iFIT brand by maintaining clean, polished, and professional facilities that reflect our commitment to excellence.
• Foster a safe and healthy work environment through meticulous sanitation of restrooms and break areas, contributing to overall employee well-being.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, break areas, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Dust furniture and equipment; polish metal work.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas.
• Replenish light bulbs and transport small equipment or tools between departments.
• Maintain awareness of safety protocols while working around moving mechanical parts and vibration.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education and Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• One to two months of related experience and/or training; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or high-volume production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a "pace-setter" mentality regarding facility cleanliness.
• Excellent reliability and punctuality.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and visitors.
