Position Summary: We’re seeking a multi-craft Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment with a focus on both electrical and mechanical systems. This role supports safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Location: Philadelphia, PA Schedule: Monday – Friday, Saturdays as needed Shift: 1 st (Days) How You’ll Impact Results: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify root cause to repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment Machine set up and changeover Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, pumps, and other equipment to ensure proper operation of machinery Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, automation systems, and test equipment using equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, oscilloscopes Read electrical blueprints and technical diagrams to install/repair systems Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to support smooth daily operations Update and maintain CMMS ( MaintainX ) data and k eep accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts inventory Follow all safety standards including company guidelines, Lockout/Tagout, NEC, and OSHA guidelines Contribute to continuous improvement and clean, GMP-compliant workspaces Additional duties responsibilities as assigned
