MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
MISSION
Ensure the proper functioning of the plant's facilities and equipment in accordance with the established maintenance plan.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
• Carry out preventive maintenance programs on production equipment or Ficosa facilities.
• Perform corrective maintenance on machines/facilities as quickly as possible.
• Collaborate in designing preventive plans for equipment based on failures, breakdowns, and repairs that may occur.
• Adjust and install new machinery and facilities.
• Ensure that Ficosa's facilities, machines, and tools are used and maintained properly.
• Train employees on the maintenance, preservation, and rational use of machines and facilities.
• Report to the Head of the Maintenance Department/Area about activities and any new irregularities detected in machines, tools, and infrastructure.
• Propose ideas to increase the effectiveness of maintenance measures.
• Respect Ficosa's code of ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with the applicable Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements for the position, as well as related training.
• Actively cooperate in the maintenance, promotion, and improvement of the OHSE and Quality Departments.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic background: Secondary or professional education
Languages: Not required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Additional training: Knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Basic training in OSHE management will be highly valued.
