Maintenance Mechanic - Machinist - 2nd shift

Position Summary: As a Machinist / Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll maintain and repair/rebuild equipment and machine parts and components needed to ensure high-speed equipment runs smoothly. This includes diagnosing, repairing, machining, and fabricating parts, while adhering to safety and quality standards. How You’ll Impact Results: Machining, Fabrication Repair: Rebuild equipment, manufacture parts as needed, and fabricate components from blueprints or concepts using machining tools Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose issues, modify, repair, and calibrate high-speed packaging machinery and process equipment Troubleshooting: Perform equipment changeovers and troubleshoot using preventive maintenance programs (PMs), SOPs, and equipment manuals Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs to prevent equipment failures Safety Compliance: Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a safe working environment Documentation: Accurately document all work performed to meet company policies and regulatory standards Collaborative Teamwork: Work with team members to ensure the facility meets GMP, sanitation, food safety, and quality standards Machinery Operation : operate high lifts and fork trucks (Training is available) Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production goals
