Maintenance Manager
What You’ll Do
Plan, implement, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Supervise, train, and guide the maintenance team to ensure high performance.
Monitor machine performance, identify technical issues, and resolve them quickly.
Manage spare parts inventory and secure critical components when needed.
Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to minimize workflow disruptions.
Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, reports, and performance metrics.
Work with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the factory’s maintenance operations, ensuring all equipment, machinery, and facilities run smoothly. You will lead a team of technicians, develop preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, and minimize downtime to keep production on track.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial/factory maintenance management.
Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance best practices.
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
