Summary
We are looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer ideally in an electrical background to work in the fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge on Maintenance of Equipment
Responsibilities
Individual Shift handling and maintaining the Manufacturing equipment.
Daily Breakdown maintenance and maintain report
Trouble shoots and rectifies Electrical / Mechanical related High speed machines faults within reasonable time frame to ensure maximum availability of equipment
Operations and Maintenance of Utility, AC, Chillers with operations of BMS Operations
Strong technical knowledge of Utility Maintenance (LT/HT Panel, Diesel Generator, Transformer, Air compressor etc.)
Understand and follow all workplace safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures
Perform general maintenance tasks as necessary
Performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and maintain report
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department
Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
Qualification
3+ years of experience as Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing / industrial sector
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Expertise in automation controls including PLCs, operator interfaces
Focused towards productivity improvements, safety and quality awareness
Good interpersonal skills and logical problem-solving skills necessary
Good verbal and written communication.
Able to work in fast-paced environment with a highly collaborative work system.
Ability to work independently in a safe and timely manner necessary
Fluent in English
