Maintenance Administration Officer
Qualifications Technical degree (e.g., BTS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field). Experience in warehouse or spare parts management, preferably in an industrial environment. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for inventory and material management. Good understanding of technical components and maintenance spare parts. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Basic knowledge of supply chain and inventory management. Good communication skills to coordinate with maintenance, purchasing, and suppliers. Good command of English for documentation and communication in an international environment. Responsibilities Spare parts inventory management (monitor stock levels, availability, and consumption). Ensure parts availability for maintenance and production to avoid downtime. Coordinate purchasing and replenishment of spare parts with suppliers and procurement. Maintain accurate records in the ERP/SAP system (stock movements, minimum stock levels). Optimize stock levels to reduce excess inventory while preventing shortages. Organize and control the spare parts warehouse (identification, storage, traceability). Support maintenance teams by providing the required spare parts on time. Analyze spare parts usage and prepare reports for management.
