In this internal and customer-facing position, you will be responsible for influencing and structuring strong, transparent customer contracts and ensuring customers are leveraging the correct licensing model for their business needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in software licensing/pricing
  • Problem Solving Skills, Analytical Skills & Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Communication & Presentations Skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of an extended team
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Google Suite
  • Patience and Emotional Intelligence
  • Positive Attitude & Resilience
  • Ability to Prioritize and communicate changes in priority, delays, or roadblocks
  • Familiarity with Software Contracts including terms & conditions
  • Knowledge of Telemetry & License Management Reporting & Tools (including IBM ISV SCRT Reports)
  • Ability to quickly learn a wide variety of technical and non-technical skills
