Machine Operator - Nights

The Mitchell team is looking for night shift machine operators. You’ll be hands-on with production machines—keeping operations running smoothly, performing quality checks, and making sure every product meets spec. You’ll also handle adjustments, routine maintenance, and work with your team to troubleshoot and improve processes. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to help drive efficient production, we’d love to have you on the team.
