Senior Revenue Analytics Analyst

The Senior Revenue Analytics Analyst is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive go-to-market strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role combines hands-on data engineering, advanced analytics, and business partnership to improve pipeline generation, win rates, retention, and overall revenue performance.

This is not a reporting-only role. The individual is expected to proactively identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and directly influence strategic decisions through data.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Analytics & Strategy

  • Build and maintain Lytx’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) using firmographic, behavioral, and product usage data
  • Identify underpenetrated markets with strong revenue potential (high TAM, strong conversion, favorable CAC/LTV)
  • Analyze win/loss trends to uncover drivers of deal success and failure
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate insights into actionable GTM strategies

Predictive Modeling & Advanced Analytics

  • Design and deploy a predictive churn model to identify at-risk customers and inform retention strategies
  • Develop statistical and machine learning models to forecast revenue, pipeline performance, and customer behavior
  • Apply simulation techniques (e.g., Monte Carlo) to quantify growth scenarios and identify key revenue drivers

Data Engineering & Visualization

  • Build and optimize scalable data models and pipelines using SQL
  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards for executive and operational reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across GTM systems

Executive Reporting & KPI Ownership

  • Own the definition, development, and delivery of executive KPIs
  • Deliver weekly executive dashboards summarizing company performance across revenue, retention, and operational metrics
  • Standardize metrics across teams to ensure alignment and consistency

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or similar roles within a GTM or SaaS environment
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience working on large, complex datasets
  • Strong experience with Tableau (or equivalent BI tools)
  • Experience building and deploying machine learning models (Python or similar)
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, churn, ARR, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Revenue Operations or closely aligned GTM functions
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong.io, marketing automation platforms, and data warehouses
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and growth strategy analysis
  • Background in statistics, economics, data science, or a related field

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$123,000.00 - $155,000.00
