Low Voltage Electrical CAD Engineer
The Low Voltage Electrical CAD Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and implementing low voltage electrical distribution systems, with a focus around systems engineering, automation and applications across a variety of projects, working in design software and engineering tools to provide optimized and de-risked proposals: Design and develop low voltage electrical systems and components for automation projects. Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications. Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new projects. Select appropriate electrical components and materials for system design. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical design issues during the development and testing phases. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all design activities Liaise and support with multiple internal stakeholders inclusive of product line management and front end solutions architects University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent An understanding and experience within designing LV systems Proficient in designing in: Autocad Revit E-Plan Etap Data centre project experience is a big advantage Familiar with IEC Standards and regulations Excellent problem solving skills Fluent speaking and writing in English Good communicator and presentation skills Self-motivated and takes ownership on results Works well within a fast-paced environment Experience a dynamic blend of work and leisure in one of the world's most exciting cities.
