Looking For Team leader For FCC role in Hyderabad

The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a high-complexity

Transaction Monitoring (TM) operation for a US-based Banking &

Financial Services client. The role requires strong domain depth in

FCC (Transaction Monitoring, Fraud Management), effective

offshore/onshore stakeholder management, the ability to handle

challenging client expectations, and seamless collaboration across

Quality, Training, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams.

Role & responsibilities

6 to 10 years of overall experience, Minimum 3 years of

relevant experience in a FCC roles.

• Minimum three years as People Manager or Team Leader on

record

• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, regulatory requirements,

and internal control standards.

Monitor operational risks and proactively implement

mitigation strategies.

• Act as the primary onshore point of contact for client
• Translate client expectations into clear operational actions

and ensure timely closure of commitments.

• Lead client calls, governance reviews, and escalation

discussions with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Lead, coach, and develop analysts handling complex

workloads.

• Enable strong performance management through goal

setting, regular feedback, and development planning.

• Identify skill gaps and collaborate with Training and Quality

teams to improve analyst proficiency.

• Drive a culture of accountability, quality ownership, and risk

awareness.

• Work closely with Training, QA, Technology, Workforce

Management, and Transitions teams to support stable

operations.

• Support new client initiatives, scope changes, volume

spikes, and process enhancements.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Quality and Compliance teams to analyze

errors, trends, and root causes.

• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to

improve quality scores and reduce repeat errors.

• Support internal audits, client audits, and regulatory

assessments with strong documentation and governance.
