Responsibilities Managing Customer Service billing part on Baltics, taking care that all invoices are sent properly and on time, Managing discrepancies and claim management of the Customers within Customer Service, taking care that all corrective documents are done properly and timely, Ensure timely delivery of documents from Logistics partners to finance department, Supervise 3PL activities: a) ensure that goods are stored according to PepsiCo’s and local regulations; b) secure that all orders for deliveries and returns are being managed properly; c) take care that all claims are being processed accordingly, Responsible and managing Inventory of both finished goods and pallets in 3PL warehouses, Performing regular stock reconciliations and inventory count in 3PL warehouses based on defined dynamic, Responsible for entry shipping documents into the i-VAZ (tax authority) system – Lithuania, Managing all documents related with the distribution (orders, deliveries, package certificates etc.) are being processed per process, Taking lead of Customer collaboration role through solving operational and strategic tasks to improve efficiency, having regular meetings with Customers, proposing and following all agreed actions and improvements, Participating in Customers Contractual terms check and negotiation on the Supply Chain related topics, Provide good service and solve all customers logistic problems, Supervise all activities related with deliveries to the Customers – correct goods and correct quantities on right time, Keeping correct documentation for transportation and goods accepted into warehouses correctness, Managing penalties received from Customers, negotiation and taking action in order to decrease penalty amount, Responsible for proper pallet management: a) pallet balance with all movements; b) process of pallet returns to Poland and selling to pallet buyers; c) handling invoicing process of pallets; d) responsible for correct stock management within the system and other tools; e) responsible for organizing transportation for pallet return; f) responsible for pallet balance reconciliation with Customers; Ensure a transparent waste (carton, plastic, wood, expired products etc.) management and write off of finished goods process through the system (SAP) in collaboration with accounting, Ensure imported goods and their packages, waste declaration in the Ministry of Environment portal (GPAIS) of Lithuania on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, Process all documentation and invoices (PO’s, GR’s) related the above mentioned accountabilities on time, Logistics monthly balance preparation, accruals preparation and instruction for booking and presenting to Finance/Accounting department, Instructing and managing all PO’s, GR’s within SAP and processing of Vendor Invoices, Contribute to preparing the annual logistics budget (outsourcing warehousing costs, vehicle cost etc.) and follow the agreed budget during the year, Manage one team member remotely. Qualifications Bachelors degree level, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management 3-5 years Supply Chain experience in preferable FMCG Knowledge of retail (multi-channel) supply chains Good understanding of warehouse, distribution and waste management processes Quickly analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions Transforms data and information into meaningful insights Exceptional computer literate: Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English language mandatory Strong Stakeholder management Occasional travels across the Baltics.
