【越境ECインバウンド物流（日本）オーナー】
• 日本向け越境EC（B2C）インバウンド物流および通関業務の主導・改善
• 多頻度・少量・多SKUのEC貨物における通関プロセス設計および運用改善
• リードタイム、通関リスク、配送品質を踏まえたKPI設計および改善推進
• 日本税関・通関業者・フォワーダーとの直接調整および課題解決
【3PL・配送パートナー管理】
• EC特性を踏まえた3PL／ラストマイルパートナーの業務設計および管理
• SLA、コスト、品質に対する改善要件の定義および交渉
• 通関・倉庫・配送に跨るトラブルの根本原因分析および再発防止策の実行
【プロジェクト／改善施策】
• 越境EC物流における新規スキーム・プロジェクトの企画および推進
• 社内（Tech、CS、Finance等）との連携によるEC物流改善のリード
求める人物像
• 日本向けB2C越境ECインバウンド通関の実務経験（目安：3年以上）
• EC物流における通関遅延・リスクを自ら判断し、解決した経験
• フォワーダー／通関業者任せではなく、主体的に意思決定した経験
• データ（リードタイム、在庫、CS影響）を基に改善を推進できる方
※ 製造業原材料・設備・プロジェクト型物流のみのご経験の方は本ポジションの対象外となります。
※ B2B中心の貿易事務・オペレーション経験のみの方は優先対象ではありません。
