Job Responsibility
Key Deliverables/ Outcomes
- Carry out overall departmental logistics operation quality planning
- Formulate the department's annual quality objectives based on the company's goals and historical quality data and break them down to each sub-team or position.
- Internal and external quality training within the organization
- Complete company-level quality enablement training and learning
- Plan and carry out quality activities in the department (Quality Star, Quality Month, etc.)
- Plan and carry out quality continuous improvement projects
- Distribution and closed-loop tracking of EE4 system quality events
- Carry out quality inspection and audit
- Conduct retrospective analysis and investigation of quality accident events
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in / Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Logistics.
- Masters in Operations / Supply Chain Preferred
Experience
- 10 –12 years in logistics quality / supply chain quality
- Experience in heavy engineering / wind turbine / large component transport
- Strong knowledge of Indian highway transport regulations
Technical Skills
- Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why)
- FMEA for logistics risk assessment
- ISO 9001 / QMS systems
- SAP / ERP logistics modules
- Transport route engineering knowledge
- Understanding of wind turbine components (blade, nacelle, hub, tower)
