Job Description

• Support daily logistics operations, including preparing shipping documentation, coordinating with couriers, freight forwarders, and customers’ logistics teams, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Monitor shipment status proactively and resolve delays or logistics-related issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and warehouse, to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with international import/export regulations as well as company policies and procedures
• Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of logistics-related data, records, and documentation in internal systems
• Provide administrative support to the Logistics team, assisting with reporting, documentation, and process coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics or shipment coordination
• Knowledge of international shipping processes, including import/export regulations and customs documentation
• Familiarity with shipping documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP systems
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Sound problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve shipment issues in a timely manner
• Good command of English
• A team player
