What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the flow of high-value prototype assets across the supply chain. You’ll support inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring accurate handling, tracking, and delivery of sensitive equipment. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, accountability, and timely fulfillment in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming prototype materials for accuracy and condition
  • Fulfill material and equipment requests with precision and urgency
  • Coordinate shipping and distribution to internal teams, clients, and testing locations, ensuring secure packaging and accurate labeling
  • Provide white-glove, on-site support to clients, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments
  • Ensure compliant and secure disposal of equipment, including e-waste handling and donation processing
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits; ensure all assets are properly logged, tracked, and stored in designated locations
  • Maintain accurate records in inventory and data management systems to ensure full traceability
  • Monitor, update, and manage SRT/task queues to meet service level expectations
  • Process product returns, ensuring proper documentation and disposition
  • Support additional projects and operational initiatives as assigned

 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or a related operational environment
  • Experience with international and domestic shipping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong customer service mindset with a high level of professionalism

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Experience with inventory management or asset tracking systems
  • Background in warehouse operations, retail, manufacturing, or customer service
