🎯 TASKS
Operations Management
-
Ensure the correct execution of all operational processes during the shift (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, etc.)

Monitor KPIs (productivity, quality, service level, safety) and take corrective actions when needed
-
Guarantee adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Manage, coach, and develop a team of Team Leaders
-
Provide clear direction, priorities, and expectations at the beginning of each shift
-
Conduct regular performance follow-ups and feedback sessions
-
Support Team Leaders in managing their teams effectively
-
Align workforce planning with operational needs and volume forecasts
-
Ensure proper resource allocation across different areas
-
Coordinate with other departments (HR, Planning, Quality, Maintenance)
-
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency initiatives (LEAN mindset)
-
Support implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices
-
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
-
Promote a safety-first culture and address any risks immediately
-
Provide shift reports including performance analysis, incidents, and action plans
-
Escalate any operational risks or issues to management

👉 MUST HAVE skills

Proven experience in a supervisory or similar role within logistics/operations

Experience managing Team Leaders or middle management

Strong leadership and people management skills

Analytical mindset with ability to manage KPIs and performance

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN is a plus)

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work shifts
