Position Overview:

This is a vacancy for a hybrid or on-site role at our HQ in Tutzing (Germany) or Amsterdam (Netherlands). We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity. As a guideline, you will be on-site in Tutzing or Amsterdam 2-3 days per week for close collaboration and alignment. 

We’re seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Head of Product Marketing who can translate complex supply chain technology into compelling, easy-to-understand value propositions for non-technical professionals. You’ll own the narrative, shaping how the market perceives Lobster, driving adoption of new features, and building a vibrant community of users, clients, and advocates to fuel referrals and word-of-mouth growth.

You are a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, mentoring high-performing teams, and championing a test-and-learn, data-driven culture. A confident storyteller, you simplify complex products, partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and serve as a trusted thought partner to leadership.
  • Lead the Product Marketing and Sales Enablement  Team 
  • End‑to‑end product marketing strategy, positioning, and portfolio narrative for Lobster’s data integration, process automation, and supply chain solutions.
  • Go‑to‑market and launch excellence, including packaging, integrated launch plans, website and content strategy, and continuous optimisation based on data. 
  • Sales and partner enablement, customer storytelling and proof, market and competitive intelligence, and building a high‑performing Product Marketing & Enablement team.

We’d love to meet someone with:

  • You bring 10+ years of B2B SaaS experience in product or solution marketing (or product management), ideally in data integration, supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software.
  • You have a proven track record in GTM strategy, launches, and commercial impact, plus experience building scalable enablement programs that improve win rate and ramp time.
  • Strong data‑driven mindset, using analytics and experimentation to optimise GTM and web performance, exceptional communication and storytelling skills with senior
  • You are fluent in English, German language skills are a strong plus.
