THE JOB
The Venue Nation Field Training Manager is all about bringing training to life where it matters most, onsite at our venues. You’ll serve as the frontline training lead during New Venue Openings, facilitating crew onboarding and delivering engaging, hands-on training that sets the tone for new teams from day one. With a strong focus on facilitation and field execution, you’ll create consistent, high-quality learning experiences across venues. Beyond openings, you’ll support training rollouts and ongoing learning initiatives across the division, helping maintain alignment and consistency in how training is delivered. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Lead onsite training execution for New Venue Openings, ensuring a seamless and impactful onboarding experience while partnering with venue leadership to align training with operational needs and set the tone for new teams from day one
Serve as a primary facilitator for training programs across the division, including orientation, ongoing learning sessions, and market-level initiatives, delivering engaging, high-impact training that reinforces company standards
Provide in-the-moment support during training sessions, reinforcing key concepts and ensuring a strong learning experience for participants
Coordinate and manage onsite training logistics, including schedules, materials, setup, and execution, ensuring training is delivered efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Contribute to training content creation across training programs and initiatives
Capture and share training feedback, insights, and outcomes to support continuous improvement, while collaborating closely with the Director of Training, Training Manager, and Training Specialist to ensure alignment from program design through delivery
Travel 50%–70% to support New Venue Openings and in-market training initiatives
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
3–5 years of experience in training, facilitation, or hospitality/venue operations
Proven ability to lead engaging training sessions for large, diverse frontline audiences
Strong facilitation, communication, and public speaking skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments with shifting priorities
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage logistics and execution simultaneously
Experience working cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, webinar platforms, and e-learning tools
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Willingness and ability to travel extensively

The expected compensation for this position is:
$72,000.00 USD - $90,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
