This position requires strong organizational skills, independence, and familiarity with modern legal software tools.Responsibilities:Manage PI cases from intake to resolutionDraft medical summaries, discovery responses, pleadings, and settlement documentsUpdate and track case progress in Filevine (Lead Docket a plus)Coordinate with clients, medical offices, and insurance contactsSchedule EBTs, IMEs, mediations, and court eventsPrepare attorneys for depositions and trial-related needsIdentify workflow issues and help keep cases on scheduleJob requirements:3+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience (NY preferred)Strong Filevine skills; Lead Docket helpfulSolid understanding of litigation steps and deadlinesExcellent communication and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentApply Now Share:
